TaylorMade r7 Steel
TaylorMade r7 Steel

Two TaylorMade Launch Control (TLC) Ports which are perimeter-positioned TLC ports increase MOI, promoting greater stability on miss-hits. 16 grams of movable weight – 2-gram TLC cartridge and 14-gram TLC cartridge. Same traditional shape as the tour-proven r7 TP and V Steel. Relatively shallow face helps make the r7 Steel exceptionally easy to launch. Swing-weight plug permanently positioned in the back of the club head (1) Moves weight from the front of the club head to the back to enhance CG position (2) Allows TaylorMade engineers to quickly and easily adjust the club's swing weight during production.

With Callaway Golf's X-Sole design, the club head rests on two distinct, raised areas of the sole, eliminating the tendency of the head to rock back and forth at address. That means a more consistent alignment that will help ensure your shots start on-line.

A lower leading edge allows you to hit down under the ball, especially helpful on tight lies. Internal weighting is positioned ideally in each loft, making it easy to get the ball airborne and resulting in a more ideal trajectory. VFT Technology provides maximum ball speed and perimeter weighting, giving you exceptional ball flight, distance and forgiveness.
